Our new HDL retention system is operated in a natural, fluid motion, but the method of release is not apparent to untrained persons.
The thumb releases the pistol in a combined motion that clears a protective cover and presses the release button, allowing the locking hood to automatically snap forward for an unimpeded draw.
The fast and intuitive HDL holster offers a substantial improvement over other thumb-release holsters because the heavy-duty retention system offers a high level of security without requiring unnatural, complicated release methods.
To draw your pistol from the HDL holster, simply flip the head cover forward and press the protected release button with the same natural motion of your thumb.
